4 ways to keep your exercise routine while traveling

If you are the type of person that wants to keep up with the exercise while travelling, these tips are for you.

1. Walk, walk, walk

In Europe, all the cities are made for walking. Ditch the car, the subways and the tram and get your tennis on. You will discover much more and will keep your body moving.

2. Climb those stairs

Rome is full of places to watch the sunset and to get there you have to take the stairs. This will be an excellent exercise for you.

3. Get a bicycle

If you are done with walking and want to enjoy more action, rent a bike. That way go get faster everywhere and will go to places that are farther away.
